These terms and conditions apply to the the use of and orders places on https://www.olenkadesign.co.uk/ website. By placing an order you will be deemed to to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Placing an Order and Payment

Orders can be placed online through the Olenka shop. Online orders are directed to PayPal at ‘Checkout’ to make your secure online payment. Paypal is safe and easy to use. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to use it. All payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling. Your postage will be added to the total amount at the checkout. You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic form by email.

Full payment is required before dispatch of goods.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are granted a cancellation period of seven working days from the date of submission of the Order. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and must be sent by email to [email protected].

Please note that there will be some variation in the colour of wallpaper shown on the website to the actual wallpaper. We cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software. On-screen colours should be used as a guide only. It is highly recommended to order a sample.

2. Delivery

2.1 Wallpaper and Samples

We aim to dispatch our wallpaper the next working day if it’s in stock. Stock availability for each wallpaper design can be found on the relevant product page. If wallpaper is out of stock it’s printed to order and dispatched in 2-3 weeks. We’ll send you an email with the tracking info once it’s been dispatched. All wallpaper orders are delivered using a courier service, where you will be supplied with tracking number and information on both accounts.

Samples are dispatched the next working day.

UK

Wallpaper orders are delivered within 4-6 working days if the product is in stock. If it’s out of stock it’s printed to order and dispatched in 2-3 weeks. We’ll send you an email with the tracking info once it’s been dispatched. All wallpaper orders are delivered using a courier service, where you will be supplied with tracking number and information on both accounts.

Delivery is free on wallpaper orders over £100. The standard delivery charge is £5.99 on orders under £100.

Samples are delivered free of charge in the UK. We use Royal Mail first class to post wallpaper samples. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

International delivery

Wallpaper orders are delivered within 4-8 working days if the product is in stock. If it’s out of stock it’s printed to order and dispatched in 2-3 weeks. We’ll send you an email with the tracking info once it’s been dispatched. All wallpaper orders are delivered using a courier service, where you will be supplied with tracking number and information on both accounts.

We use Royal Mail standard to post samples overseas. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

We are very pleased to offer flat rate shipping to the following countries:

• Ireland, France, and Italy -£17 (£4 for samples)
• USA and Canada – £33 (£7 for samples)
• For shipping to other countries please email us for a shipping quote.

*Please note the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance forms.

2.2 Fabric and swatches.

UK

Our fabrics are printed to order with lead times 5-7 working days. We’ll send you an email once you order has been dispatched. Fabric orders are delivered via Royal Mail first class.

Delivery is free on fabric orders over £100. The standard delivery charge is £5.99 on orders under £100.

Fabric swatches are delivered free of charge in the UK. We use Royal Mail first class to post swatches. Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

International delivery

Fabric orders are delivered within 5-10 working days. We’ll send you an email with the tracking info once your order has been dispatched.

UK

Our lampshades are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in the UK . We’ll send you an email with the tracking info once it’s been dispatched. Our lampshades are delivered using a courier service, where you will be supplied with tracking number and information on both accounts.

UK flat rate delivery is £5.99

International

Our lampshades are made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international delivery. We’ll send you an email with the tracking info once it’s been dispatched. Our lampshades are delivered using a courier service, where you will be supplied with tracking number and information on both accounts.

3. Returns and Refunds

Wallpaper and Fabric

We try our best to make sure colours in our product images are true to life. However, it’s highly recommend that customers order samples to view colours and textures in the environment they will be used in.

We hope you love our wallpaper and fabric. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please contact us with your order number if you are returning any items so we know to expect them. If you are returning any goods please keep your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund delivery and return postage costs.

*In the event that any goods delivered are damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a return. If goods are faulty, damaged or an error has been made on our part we will email a returns label and pay for the return postage.  Once the goods are received and inspected a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Lampshades

Our lampshades are made to order. Therefore they are unfortunately non refundable unless faulty. we highly advise ordering a sample for preliminary colour matching.

*In the event that any goods delivered are damaged or faulty please contact us within 24 hours to arrange a return. If goods are faulty, damaged or an error has been made on our part we will email a returns label and pay for the return postage.  Once the goods are received and inspected a full refund or replacement will be offered.
